FW Construction was started in the 70’s by Fred, a young contractor. His vision to provide the best project manager services to his clients. Providing guidance and direction, and leveraging his passion, has helped clients enjoy the building process with satisfaction and appreciation. Today, Fred’s Son, Aaron, a Texas born and raised fourth generation dream home builder is the Lead Project Coordinator.
Many of FW Construction’s team, has worked together for years. We all share the common interest in building and the passions for construction. Everyone on our team Lives for Construction. If you see one of FW Construction team members on a job site, we are more than happy to talk about construction or about the project.
We have all worked in various parts of the construction industry throughout the years and find this helps with common communication. We will all guide you through the process, it does make life easier to learn from those who have done before.

I’ve been working with Fred Williams for almost 20 years. I’ve lost count of the projects over the years but they include an outdoor theatre, a kitchen renovation, a new outdoor kitchen, renovated bedrooms, new stone floors, a gym build-out, a storage shed, a new master bedroom addition and even a Pickleball court. I joke that I keep adding things to my house just so Fred and his crew will stay around. He treats his longterm employees like family and they all feel like family to me too now. Fred is kind and honest and fair and amenable to changes and it has been a pleasure to work with him. Over 20 years, we haven’t had one issue with money or work that wasn’t done correctly. His son Aaron is an amazing addition to his team and I could not recommend them more highly. 
Aaron and his crew are the utmost professionals. The entire experience was amazing and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Their work was beautifully done and surpassed my expectations. Each member of his team is an expert in their field – You benefit from his long history in Austin. He kept us on schedule, was always present, and answered every email or call. I can’t speak highly enough!!
Designing and building a new home is a huge undertaking, and going into the process we knew we wanted the best possible team by our side. Aaron, Wes, and the crew at FW Construction helped us every step of the way, and made the process as smooth as possible. They excel at communication, transparency, and professionalism.
